OUR JOURNEY

Small Beginnings, Big Dreams

GOOD & GOODNESS ENT. is a Ghanaian agro-processing business based in the Upper East Region of Ghana.GOOD &GOODNESS is has been operating for over 10 year in the space of agri products . We specialize in processing and providing local food products, particularly groundnut products and other locally sourced foods.

Our journey started with just a table and two containers of groundnut paste. Through determination, hard work, and gradual growth, we have developed into an enterprise producing approximately 700–1,000 containers of groundnut paste in a typical month.

But our story goes beyond food production. We believe that practical knowledge can transform lives, strengthen livelihoods, and help people discover opportunities to build their own businesses.

OUR SOCIAL IMPACT

Empowering Women Through Knowledge

GOOD & GOODNESS ENT. also provides training services, partnering with organizations and development initiatives to bring practical agro-processing and business skills to women in communities across the region.

Through training initiatives involving organizations such as the Ghana Safety Net Project, GIZ, the Ghana Enterprises Agency, and the Association of Ghana Industries, our founder has helped women gain practical knowledge and explore opportunities to establish or grow their own businesses.

Over four years, our founder has contributed to training more than 4,000 women. This reflects our commitment to sharing knowledge, encouraging entrepreneurship, and supporting women's economic opportunities.

Meet Gladys Naabsigna

A Passion for Agro-Processing and Community Empowerment

Gladys Naabsigna, founder of GOOD & GOODNESS ENT.

Our Founder

GOOD & GOODNESS ENT. was founded by Gladys Naabsigna, a passionate agro-processor whose journey began with a simple desire to build a business from humble beginnings.

Through her experience in agro-processing, she has developed a strong interest in helping other women learn practical production skills. She organizes training for groups of women, teaching them how to process groundnuts into products such as groundnut paste and groundnut oil, as well as other products that can be made from groundnuts. She also trains women interested in pastries.

Her commitment to sharing knowledge reflects an important part of our business identity: growth is more meaningful when we can share what we learn with others.
